Acrobay Gymnastics Trust are celebrating 10 years of their show ‘Gymtasia’ at the Alhambra Theatre. After an unanticipated 2 year hiatus due to the pandemic, Gymtasia is back, and gymnasts and coaches are beyond excited to showcase their favourite routines of the past decade.

We are Acrobay: an acrobatic gymnastics club originating in Dalgety Bay, however we are currently based in Rosyth in our own premises which we have been able to call home since 2016.

Acrobatic gymnastics involves partner work, static balancing, dynamic lifts and throws, somersaulting, twisting and tumbling, all performed and choreographed to music.

We hope our audiences are thoroughly entertained by our show, consisting of our Mini gymnasts from 5 years of age up to our senior gymnasts who have had the honour of representing Scotland and Britain on a global stage.

Please join us in singing, applauding and cheering for our gymnasts as they bring the greatest hits from the last 10 years of Gymtasia back to life.
